President and Founder
Michael LaMarche is the president and founder of LaMarche & Associates, LLC and has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years. Holding a Series 65 License, in addition to life and health insurance licesnses, Michael runs his personal practice as a licensed fiduciary in O’Fallon, Missouri. As a fiduciary, Michael implements a holistic financial plan for retirees and pre-retirees, incorporating retirement plan assets, Social Security benefits, health insurance planning, as well as long term care strategies to create a solid and secure financial future for his clients. in addition to providing retirement and financial planning, Michael is the president of HeartLand Tax Services, LLC. Providing tax planning services in conjunction with financial services planning, he assists his clients in designing tax efficient retirement solutions.

Sarah’s degree may be in history, but she has her eyes on the future for our clients. As a former librarian, Sarah brings over a decade of organization and customer service experience to our team. When she’s not busy keeping out i’s dotted and our t’s crossed, Sarah enjoys reading, snuggling with her four cats, and building Lego with her two children, Owen and Auggie.
With past administrative experience in the fields of accounting and sales, Caryn provides exemplary customer service to our clients at LaMarche & Associates. She also learned the values of patience and nurturance while attending to her childcare business over the past several years. When Caryn is not greeting clients, planning customer appreciation events, or assisting with retirement seminars, she provides service to her community through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, Salads for Homeless, and her parish council at St. Joseph in Cottleville. Caryn enjoys leisure time at Table Rock Lake with her husband Luke, her son Adam, and her daughter Ali.
Social Media & Marketing Specialist
Holden Ginn has just graduated from Illinois Wesleyan with a BFA in Musical Theater, and hopes to make his mark in LA someday as both an actor and a comedic writer. With four years of IT work under his belt, Holden knows almost everything about fixing computers (at the very least he knows more than Michael). In his free time, Holden writes stage and screenplays in hopes of being published.
