President and Founder
Michael LaMarche is the president and founder of LaMarche & Associates, LLC and has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years. Holding a Series 65 License, in addition to life and health insurance licesnses, Michael runs his personal practice as a licensed fiduciary in O’Fallon, Missouri. As a fiduciary, Michael implements a holistic financial plan for retirees and pre-retirees, incorporating retirement plan assets, Social Security benefits, health insurance planning, as well as long term care strategies to create a solid and secure financial future for his clients. in addition to providing retirement and financial planning, Michael is the president of HeartLand Tax Services, LLC. Providing tax planning services in conjunction with financial services planning, he assists his clients in designing tax efficient retirement solutions.
Client Services Administrator
Cathi LaMarche is a Client Services administrator at LaMarche & Associates. She holds a Master of Teaching degree from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University. When she is not assisting clients in the office, Cathi writes novels, essays, short stories, and poetry. Her work has appeared in over thirty publications, and she is currently working on her second novel. In her spare time, Cathi enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in the Smokey Mountains with Michael. They have two children, Holden & Piper, and three rescued Collies, Watson, Thor, and Seamus.
Holden Ginn has just graduated from Illinois Wesleyan with a BFA in Musical Theater, and hopes to make his mark in LA someday as both an actor and an artistic director. With four years of IT work under his belt, Holden knows almost everything about fixing computers (at the very least he knows more than Michael). In his free time, Holden writes stage and screenplays in hopes of being published.

Piper Ginn is the one to talk to when it comes to organizing and filing. She has just completed her first year at Marquette Honors College as a Criminology and French major. In her free time, she enjoys learning other languages and watching movies.
